Conrad: Owner has been a Chef for over 30 years, mostly self-taught, very creative and completely passionate about what he does.

Clive: Senior Chef. Excellent chef who has been working along side Conrad for over eight years. Has a genuine passion towards food and customer care.

David: Senior Chef. Has been working with Conrad on and off over the last 25 years. Has a great eye for detail and equally passionate about cooking.

Caroline: Co-ordinator. When making a booking Caroline would be your first port of call. Caroline is very much a “Foodie”, extremely knowledgeable about the service industry, and will make sure your booking at the Chefs Table is exactly as you have requested before you even step through the door.

Caz: Front of House Manager. Excellent with customers, has vast passion for the hospitality trade. She has worked with Chef Conrad for over 30 years and is one with customer service, excellent attention to detail. Her professional but friendly manner will relax your guests almost immediately!

      Wow. What a fabulous experience. We had the most amazing time. Food, wine, location. It could not have been better. Can not possible recommend it highly enough. Everyone should be lucky enough to dine at the Chefs Table.
