Conrad: Owner has been a Chef for over 30 years, mostly self-taught, very creative and completely passionate about what he does.

Clive: Senior Chef. Excellent chef who has been working along side Conrad for over eight years. Has a genuine passion towards food and customer care.

David: Senior Chef. Has been working with Conrad on and off over the last 25 years. Has a great eye for detail and equally passionate about cooking.

Caroline: Co-ordinator. When making a booking Caroline would be your first port of call. Caroline is very much a “Foodie”, extremely knowledgeable about the service industry, and will make sure your booking at the Chefs Table is exactly as you have requested before you even step through the door.

Ellie: Front of House Manager. She has recently joined Chef Conrad and has already introduced a new relaxed vibe to the restaurant with her customer service, and attention to detail. Her professional but friendly manner will relax your family and guests almost immediately.

      We ordered a Valentines home dining menu and it was amazing!!! Food came part-prepared with very clear instructions on how to finish off every course, of which there were 4 plus canapés. (and a bottle of Fizz) The food was delicious very tough to pick...More
