Conrad: Owner has been a Chef for over 30 years, mostly self-taught, very creative and completely passionate about what he does.

Clive: Senior Chef. Excellent chef who has been working along side Conrad for over eight years. Has a genuine passion towards food and customer care.

David: Senior Chef. Has been working with Conrad on and off over the last 25 years. Has a great eye for detail and equally passionate about cooking.

Chris: Front of house Manager. Extremely good with customer service, excellent attention to detail. His professional but friendly manner will relax your guests almost immediately!

Caroline: Co-ordinator. When making a booking Caroline would be your first port of call. Caroline is very much a “Foodie”, extremely knowledgeable about the service industry, and will make sure your booking at the Chefs Table is exactly as you have requested before you even step through the door.

      Wow. What a fabulous experience. We had the most amazing time. Food, wine, location. It could not have been better. Can not possible recommend it highly enough. Everyone should be lucky enough to dine at the Chefs Table.

      I recently I had 50th birthday celebration and selected the chefs table for 14 guests. It was a wonderful experience in terms of excellent food, service and general ambiance. I would throughly recommend it. Thanks to you all for making my celebration special and memorable....More
