Hi I’m Chloe – Assistant Manager at The Chef’s Table.

I’ve worked in hospitality for 8 years now – from a local fish and chip restaurant in a tourist hot spot to Marco Pierre White’s restaurant in The Hilton Hotel near Bristol.

I progressed from Waitress to Senior Supervisor at Marco’s and learned a huge amount in my 4 years there about customer service, quality dining and how a really good team can provide great service whilst enjoying their jobs.

I stepped away from hospitality for a few months but quickly realised that’s where my heart is so applied for a role at The Chefs Table.

I consider myself lucky to get a position at The Chef’s Table – I have to say I love the quality of the food and drink we offer and really enjoy meeting our customers. The menu varies so much and I’m always learning about the techniques used to provide great quality food. 

The staff are great as well – it really feels like a family.
