Reuben

Hi, I’m Reuben, a 24-year-old Herefordian with a love for cooking.

Growing up in the Herefordshire countryside, I was lucky enough to be surrounded by local, organic, and fantastic produce right on my doorstep. My Mum was a fantastic chef, and from a young age she had told me it’s a “tough gig”. Being rebellious as a youngster, I started college, completing my NVQs for hospitality and catering, and fell in love. Working for some fantastic chefs along the way, I’m now based in Bristol.

The Chef’s Table is a family away from home. Every day you learn something new, and everyday you wake up wanting to achieve success.
