Hey I’m Louis! I’m 24 and come from Portishead, just outside of Bristol.

Ever since I was a child I had always known I wanted to be a chef. Whether I was searching up recipes or making a mess in the kitchen, I was always doing something based around cooking. I couldn’t get enough of it!

As soon as I finished school at 16, I headed straight into a catering  job while completing an apprenticeship. In the past 7 years of working as a chef I’ve worked in a few different restaurants learning new skills, techniques and styles of cooking. I particularly love trying different cultures of food and anything sweet!

I look forward to learning new skills and techniques and developing much more in my career here at the Chef’s Table.
