The Chef’s Table Bistro is an intimate dining experience with fantastic views towards the Clifton Suspension Bridge. A comfortable 38 cover restaurant with viewing windows and cameras looking into the kitchen, thus giving you an experience of not only enjoying amazing food but also seeing it created in front of you.

Chef Conrad’s passion for cooking is clearly shown through the dishes he creates. A menu that changes every month using the current seasons produce, the best of Bristol’s local ingredients and suppliers.
