Hi I’m Miles, the Manager here at The Chef’s Table.

Having grown up and attended University in Bristol, I have spent most of my 20’s travelling and working hospitality jobs around Europe, mostly in the Alps. Working in some amazing hotels, bars and restaurants has given me some of my favourite experiences!

Since starting here, I’ve absolutely loved working with the amazing chefs we have, seeing food that we produce and being able to pair this with some incredible wines. My favourite part of the job is speaking with people passionate about food and wine everyday!
