Raffaela Gravante

Hi there! I’m the Sous Chef, Raffaela Gravante.

I was born in the beautiful city of Naples (Italy), and lived there for 8 years before moving to Bologna. It was there that I attended and graduated from Pellegrino Artusi’s school, the famous writer of Italian cuisine.

Living in Italy gave me the opportunity to work all around the country and, above all, the pleasure to work as part of the catering team for one of the most highly regarded Italian chefs: Massimo Bottura.

Growing in the kitchen, I always knew that being a Chef would be my path in life. My job is my greatest passion, and my only certainty is that I will never stop learning and exploring new techniques, flavours, smells, and ingredients from all around the world. That is one of the main reasons why I moved to England.

Fine dining is an art to me. To show you what I’m talking about, I’ll be waiting for you at The Chefs Table to give you a wonderful culinary experience.
