Hello! I’m Ellie, the manager here at Chef’s Table.
I’ve been working in the hospitality industry since the age of 14 when I started off training to be a barista. It was from this young age that I fell in love with the buzz of the industry.
I ended up travelling the world in my early twenties when I didn’t know which path to follow, and it was one of the best decisions I’d ever made. I fell deeply in love with different cultures, meeting new people, and most importantly, food! I managed to develop skills and experience in every hospitality job you can imagine, from serving in Canadian ski resorts, bar tending in Australia, to frying eggs for hostel goers in Thailand. Nowadays I am lucky enough to be the manager at one of the best restaurants in Bristol.
I always love meeting new and seeing regular customers, building a rapport, and making sure they have the most memorable time when they dine with us. I want the restaurant to feel like a home; relaxed, comforting, and somewhere you always leave content (and full!).
Seeing the smiles when food is delivered to a table and the happiness of people after their meal is something I will never tire of.
I can’t wait to see you at The Chef’s Table.
